faq. Who is paper or plastik? paper or plastik is a t-shirt line that is based in Dallas. With a small, but powerful group of five, p/pis dedicated to providing a comfortable, hip product, each with a unique finish. No two t-shirts are the same, and we like it that way. Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes… and no. We currently ship to all 50 states, Canada and Mexico. We have not yet planned to expand past these borders. However, we have been known to deliver a few orders to Ireland. In other words, if you live elsewhere, we will find a way to send you a shirt. Please note: additional shipping charges may be added for international delivery. How long will it take to receive my t-shirt? Since each t-shirt is individually hand-distressed, please allow 12-15 business days for delivery. I know, I know… it's a long time, but just think about the poor individual who has to distress each and every t-shirt, one at a time… We salute him. Will my t-shirt shrink? That depends. Do you want it to shrink? Our t-shirts run true to size, but there is always room for error. So if your t-shirt is too large, dry it in high heat. It WILL shrink. If your t-shirt is just right, always cold wash and air dry. If your t-shirt does not fit… well I can't help you there. Just kidding – Maybe you should give that shirt to a friend and order another one for yourself. Share the p/p love! Do you take returns? Yes… and no. If your t-shirt is damaged…yes. If you already wore and/or washed your t-shirt… no. If you decide you don't like the t-shirt. Heck no…just kidding, we'll take it back. OR you can save it in case of a birthday emergency and use it as a last minute gift. If you need a different size… yes. Please note: there will be an additional re-shipping charge of $6.50. For any other return/exchange scenarios, please contact us. How can I pay for my t-shirt? As of now, we are only equipped to take transactions via PayPal. If you know us personally or happen to see us on the street you can write us a check or give us cash. You don't have to be a member of PayPal to use PayPal. There is a button you can click to bypass the registration page. Can I submit a t-shirt design? Sure. We would love to see your ideas! You can send all graphic visuals to paper_or_plastik@hotmail.com. If we like it, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of printing your design.
